  • Which products do you offer?
    There are 7 products available: Digital Image, Photo Prints, Art Poster, Canvas Wrap, Framed Print, Acrylic Print and Metal Print. Digital Image - Download this image in high quality. Just choose a license. Standard License – Allows a personal one-time usage. Extended License – Allows usage for Commercial and Editorial purposes. The number of uses allowed is defined by you. Photo Prints – Printed on high quality photo paper, this print comes with the finish of your choice – glossy, luster or matte. (more) Art Poster - Printed on premium quality paper, this art poster comes with a matte finish for a unique and stylized look. (more) Canvas Wrap - This quality print with gallery wrapped edges is mounted ready to hang. Precision printed polyester canvas stretched around 1.25 inch bars creates a vivid 3D-like effect. (more) Framed Print - Printed on quality photo paper with a luster (satin) finish. The image is presented within a 2-3 inch white border and 1.25 inch solid frame. Prints are fitted with protective plexiglass and are ready to hang. (more) Acrylic Print - Printed on archival paper, this image is available in different sizes – and is ready to hang. The ¼ inch acrylic material gives the images a vibrant, polished finish. (more) Metal Print - A quality print with aluminum surface and matte, waterproof finish. Each print comes with 0.5 inch float mount hangers and is ready to hang.   • What Photo Finish Types are Available?
    Glossy papers offer a wide variety of color range and resolution. It’s best to capture the photos that will look good best only in its naked state of its natural color. Glossy prints bring out the best color in a photo print. Matte prints are best for displaying large pictures such as panoramas and when they are displayed high. Because these prints don’t have any glare, they are a good display choice under mixed lighting, especially under mixed lighting. Handling of matt papers can cause abrasion, but that depends on the print quality and our papers have the highest durability, so even running your fingers on the print would hardly have any impact. But, to keep a picture in their naked state, it’s better to use glossy/ luster paper. Luster print or semi-gloss print can be a good choice if you are confused whether to go with matte or glossy. It gives good color range and durability. Its color range is as good as glossy print, so you can get the best of both worlds with luster print, especially in high-quality printing. Luster prints reduce the glare to some extent but do revive some gloss in the picture. They suit perfectly in most lighting condition and our latest luster prints are giving a strong fight to glossy printing with respect to choice.
  • Will your copyright line appear on my purchased products?
    No, the copyright line at the bottom center of the photos on my website only appear on the website. They will not aappear on your purchased products.
  • The print process: What happens after I submit an order?
    Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes the order number and details. We receive your order details in our system and it is processed automatically after 1 business day. Orders are usually produced within 3 business days, then being viewed by a quality control team and sent to a shipping facility. In most cases, when the order is shipped an automated e-mail with the shipment tracking details will be sent to you. Orders usually arrive within 12 business days. Please note that once your order has been sent to production we cannot change or edit the order.
  • Do you accept returns?
    In order to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours from ordering time. After that period, since we are manufacturing custom made products for each order, cancellation or returns cannot be made. If your order arrives damaged or if the product is defective you can contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate it and replace it at our discretion. Please note that this statement applies solely to physical goods and shall not apply to any digital goods you acquired via the services or the website, and any such purchase is under your sole risk and responsibility.

    All the products that were ordered through Order a Print are being packed professionally to make sure they arrive in perfect condition. We work with only the most reliable shipping services to keep your products safe. Every product goes through the quality check before sending it out to make sure that you will be happy with your order.

  • How long does it take for products to arrive?
    Our products are usually produced and shipped within 3 business days and arrive within 9-12 business days. In most cases, the product is being manufactured and shipped locally, but in some cases items are shipped internationally, therefore order may be delayed while crossing the border, according to the local customs regulation.
  • Are your photos available for exhibits?
    Yes. Please contact me for information.
  • Do you ship to a P.O box?
    There might be an issue delivering to a P.O Box so it’s always better to fill in a regular physical address, in case you don’t have one, it can be a friend’s or a family’s address, this way the chances that the package will be lost are very low. ** In case you order business cards to the U.S., we ship with USPS, in such cases we are able to deliver to P.O.Boxes.
  • If I have an issue with the product I received what do I do?
    Before sending us an email, please check if you can find an answer to the issue by entering your question in the search bar at this link. If you were unable to find an answer on our site, please follow the instructions below. Send a clear photo of the product with the issue so we can see and deal with it accordingly.   • Which payment options do you offer?
    You can choose to pay with either PayPal or credit/debit cards.
  • What happens if my product arrives damaged?
    If the product you have ordered arrived damaged please send us the order number and a picture and that shows the damage, and we will examine it. DO NOT DISCARD ANY ITEMS unless you have been asked to do so by our Customer Service Agent.
  • How do I download my digital image?
    When you submit an order of digital file, you will receive the order confirmation e-mail which includes the “Download Image” button and a “download license” link. Once you click on it, it will download the purchased content. The download links are available for 30 days and will be expired afterward. If you have not downloaded your digital image within the 30 days, please contact us clicking here and we will do our best to assist.
